Project name: Antagonism of TSWV against TYLCV in N. benthamiana detected by transcriptome analysis

Description: Nicotiana benthamiana was infected by TSWV or/and TYLCV respectively, and healthy plants were used as control ( CK ). Three replicates were set for each treatment, with a total of 12 samples. RNA sequencing was performed for each sample to obtain the corresponding transcriptome data.
