Description: we conducted large scale single-nucleus sequencing of 20 organs/tissues of the giant panda. In this dataset, we reported a reliable repertoire of cell types and their expression profiles. We explored the possible cellular basis for the sweetness and bitterness tasting and consuming of the giant panda.
