Project name: genome assemblies of 20 wild S. pombe isolates
Description: We collect 20 wild S. pombe isolates and assemble the genome sequence with two independent softwares respectively, canu and wtdbg. After the evaluation of the assemblies, only the superior assembly for each strain is kept.
