Project name: the Axolotl development
Description: Axolotl is a highly regenerative organism. The development of the Axolotl organ is a very important research field, including tissue organogenesis and mechanisms. Here, we use single-cell transcriptome sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the Axolotl organ development, such as symmetrical organ development brain, kidney, and asymmetric development for heart, pancreas, etc.
