Description: We used whole-genome sequencing to determine the mutation and DNA copy number landscape of 26 human colorectal cancer organoids. We show that genetic alterations in human colorectal cancer organoids reflect the genetic heterogeneity of primary colorectal cancers as reported by The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) network.
