Project name: Genomic characterization and neoantigen-based immunotherapy of solid tumors

Description: The purpose of this study is to characterize the genomic background of solid tumors and develop neoantigen-based immunotherapy. First, next-generation sequencing was performed on tumor tissues and corresponding peripheral blood of cancer patients. Second, bioinformatics analysis, including HLA typing, mutation detection, identification of tumor-specific antigens (neoantigens) was performed. Then, neoantigen-based cell therapy, such as neoantigen activated cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs), neoantigen-loaded dendritic cells (DCs) were generated for immunotherapy.
