Abstract
The benzodiazepine preparation Camazepam was tested for its anxiolytic activity and found to be effective. It differs from preparations which have already been in use for a long time, especially by the lack of any hypnotic and muscle relaxant effects. In the clinical trial it was also free from side effects so far as they could be detected by the usual routine investigations of the technical laboratory.
