Abstract
A case of infiltrating ductal carcinoma of the male breast was studied by electron microscopy. The ultrastructure of the tumor is similar to that described in the female breast. Myofibroblasts are the preponderant cells in the stroma. Their significance and possible relation to hormonal stimuli are discussed.
