Abstract
Male hypogonadotropic hypogonadism is a rare disease but a caracteristic one of currently isolated gonadotropin deficiency. 15 subjects have been treated during 6 to 52 monthes with Neopergonal (225 UI a week) + H.C.G. (15 00 IU a week). We observed spermatogenesis onset in 11 patients, sufficient 9 of them, poor in 2 others.
