Abstract
The RNA content was measured in individual mouse Ehrlich ascites tumour cells by absorption cytophotometry after gallocyanin chrome alum staining. The cellular RNA content doubles during the preparation for mitosis and is twice as high as in an hyperdiploid line in an hypertetraploid cell lines.
