Abstract
Decreased nuclear segmentation and coarse chromatin only in mature eosinophils was seen in a patient with acute myeloblastic leukemia. These eosinophils were considered to have acquired Pelger-Huët anomaly. On cytochemical study they displayed a strong PAS-positive reaction.
