简介
cellChatDB基于KEGG数据库以及人工核验，考虑已知的配体受体复合物的组成，包括配体和受体的多聚复合物等，避免只使用一个配体/一个受体基因对，而忽略多个受体共同行使功能的情况。数据库包含人和鼠的受体配体相互作用信息。参考
使用说明
流程需提供细胞注释好的Seurat Object 的RDS文件，以及cellChatDB 配受体数据库需要用的物种信息，human 或者 mouse
